We’re in San Francisco, California at the new Chase Center. I’m here with Steph Curry and Angela Davis. We’re about to get a sweatworking in with 250 young women that are coming out to really move and get active Are you guys ready to sweat? [girls cheer] Yes! What’s so great, is I know in this audience, there’s going to be a whole bunch of boss ladies. Do y’all believe that? [girls cheer] Everybody on your feet and give it up for Stephen Curry! We got to meet with a whole bunch of girls today. Talk about financial literacy and women’s empowerment. What we’re coming to do today is to get them to sweat together, so they can network together. We’re excited to be here. First, we’re going to talk about financial health. We want you to have the knowledge to be financially fit, physically fit, and emotionally fit. Thank you for having me, I really appreciate it. – Thank you for being here. How you all doing today? What does financial freedom mean to you? Obviously you want to be able to set up financial security throughout your life but at the root of it, when you wake up every morning, do you love doing, what you are doing? I’m blessed to say that I found, you know, that for me and for each and every one of you, you can find that too. First thing is you don’t need a man, or somebody of authority, to tell you what’s okay for you to go after and what’s okay for you to do. It’s up to you to take the baton and run with it. Today was so important, what we did, we got the girls to move like athletes. Staying physically active can help you mentally in so many ways. I think today’s event was important, not only just getting active and breaking a sweat, but continue to build, you know, confidence, empowerment, inspiration, I learned a lot, so hopefully they did too.
