what’s up everyone its tiffany here and we’re back for another episode of yoga caturdays today we are continuing our fight against the afternoon slump and going to be accessing our inner warrior the warrior 2 posture is great for cultivating strength stamina opening up the hips and also regaining clarity and focus so you can take on the rest of the challenges of the day. Standing upright we’re gonna
take a wide stance on the mat. Allow the left foot to turn out towards the top of the mat now we’re going to turn the back foot
perpendicular around 90 degrees gently engaging through your core muscles and inhaling to lift up tall through the spine reach out through the arm and as you exhale we’re going to lunge into that left knee to access our warrior just be sure that that knee is always pressing out over the line of the foot nice and relaxed through the shoulder and reach up gently through the fingertips you can stare down that arm feel that in the warrior coming to life take anywhere from five to ten breaths in the space you might really stop feeling the legs working, it’s a good sign. don’t forget to like follow and subscribe with some more movement inspiration thanks so much for watching and I will see you again soon for another episode of yoga caturdays
